Excellent location, close to metro and shopping mall. Good value for money. Helpful staff, can assist with taxi rides. Many nearby markets. Great room and breakfast. Lunch box for early checkout. Free mineral water on every floor. Highly recommended.

Had an amazing New Year at this hotel. Loved the clean and well-maintained rooms. The location was perfect - just a short walk to the metro station and close to the city center. , loved the fact that there was a restaurant onsite and the food was reasonably priced.
The breakfast was okay but could have been better considering the price. would have been nice if they had a gym or spa facilities.

Loved the room, it was spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast spread was great; they had a variety of options available. the staff was always friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a prime area, with a metro station and shopping destinations a stone's throw away.
The language barrier was an issue. The staff didn't speak much English, which made it difficult to communicate.

Also, this hotel is close to the airport, making it perfect for travelers who don't want to travel far. The hotel facilities and cleanliness truly exceeded our expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options.

This hotel is situated in a very good location: close to underground stations, bus stops, and big shops. Getting to the city centre is quick and easy via the metro. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Maid service was regular and efficient, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. The breakfast had a good range of items to choose from and was very filling. The free water machines on every floor and air conditioning were much appreciated.
The noise from the traffic outside was a bit bothersome, but it was not too disruptive with the windows closed.
